**Incubation Manager Role**

We are seeking a skilled Incubation Manager to lead our startup activities and programs.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 to 8 years of experience in incubation, preferably in startup, incubator, or venture capital roles.

Relevant qualifications in Business, Entrepreneurship, Marketing, Project Management, Business Analytics, Mentorship, or Innovation are preferred.

The successful candidate will be meticulous, independent, resourceful, and self-reliant, with a strong sense of task ownership.

They will also be proactive, driven, and accountable, with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.

A collaborative team player with strong interpersonal, nurturing, and communication skills is essential for this role.

Proficiency in IT and Canva is required, as well as an eye for design and strong branding/marketing skills.

We are looking for a nurturing and supportive approach, with the ability to engage effectively with individuals at all levels.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage incubation processes, including renting offices to startups and activities in Temasek Launchpad.
  • Lead team to organize startup activities, including workshops, demo days, pitching sessions, marketing initiatives, and events.
  • Provide startup mentorships.
  • Manage mentorship and incubation programs.
  • Lead team to work with Schools to identify emerging startups.
  • Manage social media for Temasek Launchpad.
  • Manage programs that drive startup growth, including funding schemes like preseed fund.
  • Build relationships with external stakeholders (e.g., incubators, accelerators, venture capitalists) to facilitate startup growth.

  • At least 5 to 8 years of experience in incubation activities.
