As part of the Startup Development Division, you will be working closely with Singapore's startup ecosystem partners to support the execution of initiatives and programmes that will drive the growth of the startup ecosystem in collaboration with partners.

To achieve the goals of the Startup Development Division, you will need to:

- Establish strong relations within the start-up ecosystem, both locally and globally, and with public agencies working with startups, to understand the needs of various stakeholders.
- Work closely with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure that both physical and online infrastructures are available to facilitate connections between startups, investors and enablers in the startup ecosystem. Such infrastructure includes startup clusters at LaunchPads and Startup SG Network
- Manage and develop the Startup SG Network, to ensure that the platform meets the needs of the startups and various enablers in facilitating connections, and monitor users' growth on the platform, together with the IT team and external developers.
- Administer programmes under the ambit of Startup SG, which includes identifying, evaluating and managing projects that are supported under the programmes.
- In addition, you will have the opportunity to review, ideate, and refine the division's engagement of startups, investors and enablers to foster tighter connections within the startup ecosystem to support Singapore-based startups in their growth.

Through these areas of work, you will have the opportunity to interact with global and local startup ecosystem players and develop tight partnerships with Startup SG programme partners such as incubators and accelerators.
- You should have at least 5 years of relevant working experience related to project management, product development or partnership management.
- You should have some experience in digital product development and/or management and a working knowledge of product development methodology including the agile framework.
- You should be independent, resourceful and self-motivated. You should have good interpersonal, strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as strategic thinking skills.
- A strong interest in entrepreneurship and/or the startup ecosystem is preferred. Any prior experience in the startup ecosystem would be advantageous.
