**The Role**:
The world of communication is getting more fragmented and complex. There are certainly moments it can be seen ‘out of control’ or ‘flying blind’. In order to make sure Chanel is equipped to stay at the forefront of all these changes, and invest purposely to engage the right audience, on/through the relevant medium, with targeted brand content, so that the ambition of building brand desirability can be achieved efficiently and effectively. And most importantly, client or prospects are inspired by the Brand through a holistic and a complete brand story.

**Strategic Planning Lead Core Attributes**
- Develop mid long term media strategy and investment framework
- Engage the APAC Media community as the thought leader (Spearheading the vision of audience planning, thought leadership by working with Regional media agency)
- Be the media contact for Global Corporate Projects
- Orchestrate the 3 Division media calendar to enhance brand impact.

**Required Skills**:

- With the background both strategic planning at regional level and operational experience in key markets. Ideally with 10 years’ experience
- Very robust understand beauty industry and knowledge of key markets in Asia
- A great communicator (in English) and comfortable in multi cultural environment.
- Able to simplify complex situation
- Open to learn and keen to contribute with high energy level to influence
- Challenge the status quo to ensure CHANEL & LMM best interests
