**Responsibilities**:
- Responsible for the recruitment of basic positions of the company;
- Responsible for the management of employees' labor contracts, and the handling of various procedures such as entry, transfer and departure;
- Responsible for dealing with employee welfare related affairs and accepting various policy consultations;
- Assisted the headquarters in promoting and implementing various human resources projects, policies and processes in the department
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor degree or above in related field
- 2 years or above HR related working experience,multinational company experience is preferred
- Proficient in using computers and various office software, with strong writing ability and data analysis ability
- Be familiar with local labor laws and regulations, and have a clear understanding and understanding of HR related work processes and operation points
- Ability to multitask and solve complex problems in a rapidly changing, high-growth business environment.
- Self-driven, with strong original thinking and motivation for continuous improvement.
**Salary**: $2,000.00 - $6,500.00 per month
