Asst Facilities Officer

**Responsibilities**
- Ensure facilities, ground and equipment are well maintained and in good condition
- Manage to ensure daily smooth operations of building, office premises and other facilities
- Supervise & coordinate all building repairs and maintenance works with contractors and ensure work orders are effectively carried out
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly activities report
- Liaise with any relevant government bodies
- Conduct regular safety audits and address non-conformances on a timely basis
- Ensure all safety equipment are in good working order
- Any other duties as assigned by Management
**Requirements**:
- Minimum Professional Certificate/NiTEC
- At least 1 years related working experience in facilities maintenance preferred
- Microsoft Office
- Possess strong interpersonal skills
