**Roles & Responsibilities**

**Job Scope**

1. Helps out HR dept in data compilation, checking and data entry tasks.

2. Helps with documentation and filing.

3. Assists in HR-related and payroll tasks.

4. Helps in filing and other administrative duties.

5. Any other ad-hoc duties or projects as assigned from time to time.

**Job Requirements**

1. Minimum at least ‘O’ levels passes or equivalent;

2. At least 1 year working experience in the related position;

3. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel;

4. Pro-active and hands-on. Not calculative with job scope; and

5. Good communication skills and ability to interact with all levels of employees.
