
Purchaser / Admin Assistant

**Responsibilities**:
- Source of products based on site enquiry
- Liaising with Procurement Department and Suppliers in regards to purchase matters
- Arrange samples from supplier / sample board
- Process Purchase requisitions / PO monitoring / DO / Order progress / Invoice / Ensure timely delivery
- Shipment / Site coordination
- General Admin Work
- Any other ad-hoc assigned
**Requirements**:
- Basic IT Skills (Words, Excel etc.)
- Ability to work efficient with mínimal supervision
- Self-motivated with strong time management and able to work towards deadline
- Have good coordination & interpersonal skills
- Bilingual in English & Mandarin (in order to handle queries and concerns from English and Mandarin speaking associate in regards with the procurement related matters)
- With or without experience, motivated and willingness to learn on the job
- 5 days' work week
- Able to start work within short notice
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: From $2,000.00 per month
