**About the Position : Senior Training Manager**

The **Senior Training Manager **, will develop, implement and review training curricula and materials (working closely with our team of content developers) for SSG/IBF funded courses.

Working with our content, educator and operations team, the **Senior Training Manager **will manage our curriculum development projects, maintain specification accuracy, and ensure our courses are funded with IBF/SSG subsidy.

**Product Development & Management**:

- Working with our content team, construct our courses as per the SSG / IBF SkillsFramework (Coordinate with the funding officers).
- Coordinate training administration and logistics, manage course registration, confirmation, delivery and evaluation.
- Maintain files, update records and ensure the safekeeping of course information, documents, courseware and resources.
- Handle course enquiries and provide advisory on policies/procedures for claims of training grants and subsidies.
- Manage and escalate (as and when required) cases of refunds, no shows, deferments, re-assessments, complaints, appeals and academic dishonesty.
- Participate in projects involving course administration, courseware enhancements, training/learning management system, etc.

**Management of Trainers, Assessors & Operations Support**:

- Working with our Trainer Management Team, you will administer appointments of trainers/assessors, manage probation and performance assessment, sign appointment contracts, monitor non-compliance of appointment terms, and administer contract renewal/termination.
- Schedule trainers/assessors to conduct training/assessment, track utilization and monitor assignment distribution among trainers/assessors.
- Update and maintain profile details, contract status, assignments conducted and performance management records.
- Induct trainers/assessors on course contents, training and assessment policies/procedures and communicate updates.
- Collate feedback on trainers/assessors, evaluate the feedback and implement corrective action(s)

**Evaluation & Quality Management**:

- Review course evaluation reports, provide recommendations for improvements and implement identified interventions.
- Develop survey questionnaire on stakeholders' perception and evaluation of training impact, administer the survey, conduct analysis, prepare a report and make recommendations
- Review training administration system, policies and processes, identify areas for improvement and implement action plan(s) for continuous improvement.

**It would be great if you have the following knowledge**:

- Experience in a training institute handling SSG & IBF courses would be an added advantage.
- Experience in using TP Gateway System, IBF Portal.

**Key Requirements**:

- 3-5 years experience in Training Management
- ACTA Certification
- Have an entrepreneurial mindset, recognize opportunity, take initiative, and innovate in the face of challenges.
