**About the Role**

The incumbent is required to support both group underwriting and facultative pricing in the sphere of Group Health Insurance. A typical day on the job will require you to work on the development and maintenance of pricing quotation tools and conduct actuarial analyses for facultative opportunities by leveraging both in-house data and external sources.

**Main Responsibilities**
- Generate quotations for groups within authority limits and turnaround time as specified in the Service Level Agreements
- Review and maintain group quotation templates and incorporate changes as required from time to time.
- Provide underwriting technical support for the building and updating of Quotation Tool for partners, underwriting technical support to commercial underwriters on non-standard quotes
- Co-ordinate and perform timely documentation through the Quotations Log and update the Group Underwriting Guidelines
- Perform reporting on claim experience of group business to ensure the portfolio sales and profitability is implemented in accordance with group underwriting and pricing guidelines
- Perform monthly peer reviews internally and on a quarterly basis with partners
- Assist in group product refresh strategies to grow the business balanced by profitability

**Requirements**:

- Equipped with a minimum of 2 years’ of relevant experience working in Group Health pricing, actuarial experience will be an advantage.
- Degree in actuarial science, mathematics, economics or business-related field
- Proficient in MS Office, VBA/SQL, familiar with working with large datasets is preferred
- Solid oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a dynamic working environment
