The role of Officer, Groups Pricing is to provide support to the Groups Pricing team in developing and implementing pricing and revenue management strategies to maximize network revenue.

Job Description

Responsibilities
- Groups Pricing Support_- Timely process and quote ad hoc groups request- Support Groups Pricing team by consolidating historical and market data, such as competitors' fares, that will be used for analysis to help drive commercial strategies- Timely and accurate filing and distribution of Scoot Groups fares, surcharges and taxes in direct and indirect sales channels- Preparation of regular reports on route performance, booking profiles and other relevant metrics to facilitate decision-making
- Systems Settings/ Maintenance_- Ensure timely and accurate update of fare, surcharges & discount in relevant distribution channels- Assist with system UAT projects and coordinating with cross department on administrative matters
- Project, Process improvement & Innovation_- Involvement in developments that will spearhead future revenue growth and efficiency gain of the company- Involvement in analyses that facilitate data-driven decision making within and outside the department- Understand the platforms (possibilities and limitations) and create shared knowledge base for the department- Form work processes that will streamline output within internal stakeholders- Subject to new task assignment by the department

Requirements- Diploma, preferably in a numerical discipline- Proficiency in Excel a must- roficiency in SQL/Power BI will be an advantage- Knowledge of building and running macros a strong advantage- Good working knowledge of Pharos and fare filing experience will be advantageous- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy- Able to adapt to a fast changing environment
