As a Technical Sales Support Manager for Process Automation business, you will be responsible for leading the Technical Support team involved in Presales support to Account Managers on both technical and commercial proposals. Reporting to Hub Solution Sales Manager, you will be leading, mentoring and driving a team of technical sales support specialists and tender quotation specialist on supporting conceptual studies, FEED & budgetary & firm RFQs. This position is based either in Singapore or Subang Jaya, Malaysia.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Working closely with Sales Support Manager, Segment Sales Manager and Hub Solution Manager in establishing best practices and approach for each opportunity
- Defining key targets and ensuring these are achieved for the customer support. Establishing a system to monitor direct reports workload, development requirements, etc
- Assigning and allocating resources to develop sales growth activities, building technical and commercial capabilities
- Building and delivering training plan, ensuring budget allocation for the Technical Sales Support Specialists
- You will champion ABB’s commitment to fostering a culture where compliance and integrity is woven into the fabric of everything we do

**Your background**:

- Bachelor’s degree in engineering
- More than 10 years of experience as a Sales Support Leader in Energy Industry area
- Experience in Asia Pacific customer base - power and water, oil and gas, and/or chemical and refinery industries
- A strong focus on safe work practices and dedication to following all relevant workplace safety guidelines
- International, cross-business unit and cross-division experience, fluent in English
