**Job Description**:
Reporting to ASEAN GM, the technical sales support engineer is responsible to manage pre & post-sales technical support for both Singapore domestic and oversea markets. The incumbent will focus on overall project lighting technical support and sales support.

Your Primarily Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To:

- Establish and drive pre & post-sales technical support especially for project lighting business
- Collaborate with sales/BD teams and/or channel partners in designing & proposing optimum solutions based on customers' requirements
- Analyze customers' needs and recommend appropriate types of solutions, services, or upgrades by proactively support all the project technical related needs such as lighting design & planning, lighting simulation, electrical & control recommendations, etc
- Support project site meetings, site supervision and attending to site product technical issues.
- Support project BOQ product technical recommendation, design and provide technical presentations, demonstrations and training to partners, internal teams, contractors, consultants and all stakeholders.
- Provide sales support in making quotations, goods delivery & after sales quality and service follow up
- Support product team on product technical testing, benchmarking evaluation & product certification
- Collaborate closely with the HQ technical team to learn & exchange from each other to support the business as team

What we are looking for:

- Diploma & above in engineering, electrical and electronic related fields
- 3 ~ 5 years working experience in LED lighting, electrical or HVAC fields
- Technical oriented with service & solution mindset to support business
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Good collaborator and team player who can work independently with self-motivated, resourceful and a “can-do” attitude.
- Good level of written and spoken English & Mandarin is essential
