Overview:

Join our sales team as a Technical Sales Support Engineer, driving innovative ductwork and control-device solutions in the healthcare, life sciences, and pharmaceutical sectors. You'll combine technical expertise with customer engagement to deliver impactful solutions and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support and advice on ductwork, HVAC systems, and control-device solutions.
  • Assess customer requirements and recommend optimal system configurations.
  • Deliver presentations and demonstrations to influence and educate stakeholders.
  • Support sales strategy, business development, and client relationship management.
  • Collaborate with engineering, project, and operations teams to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and provide feedback for product development.

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • 1–2 years' experience in technical sales, ideally in HVAC, ductwork, or related solutions.
  • Knowledge of airflow dynamics, HVAC system design, and integration with BMS.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM and MS Office; willing to travel as needed.
