The Technical Sales Support Manager plays a crucial role in providing high-quality technical customer advice and service while ensuring successful order placement, management, and fulfillment. You will be responsible for supporting internal sales and engineering teams with technical advice and guidance, assisting customers with the technical requirements of proposed solutions, and preparing quotations for customers for Stahl and/or Magnetek products/solutions, including custom offerings. Collaborating with Offer Management for specialized proposals and working closely with Factory Product Specialists to refine technical solutions will also be part of your responsibilities.In this role, you will manage customer documentation via the marketing portal, address quality issues and complaints, develop training materials, and provide technical training to sales teams and customers. Continuous enhancement of knowledge of products, services, and market trends is essential. Travel nationally/internationally may be required occasionally (~5% of the time). Ensuring compliance with legal, environmental, health, and safety regulations, and performing other ad-hoc duties relevant to the role will also be expected.The ideal candidate will have expertise in mechanical/electrical engineering or manufacturing, strong technical competence, excellent customer service skills, proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Windows applications, and strong communication, influencing, and negotiation abilities. Flexibility and adaptability to market and organizational changes, as well as the ability to work additional or unsociable hours when required, are crucial.Requirements for this position include a Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field, a minimum of 5 years of experience in manufacturing or the technical industry, hands-on experience in technical sales support and
