As Senior Executive/Executive, HR Well-being, you will be responsible for planning, promoting and implementing Workplace Health Promotion programmes and services, to create an environment to improve and enhance staff health, well-being and work-life. Your key responsibilities include the following:
- Collaborate with various internal/external stakeholders to develop, promote and implement Health Promotion/Intervention programs and services for staff to improve their health status and well-being.
- Plan and organise various hospital level health, sports and social recreational activities events e.g. Smoking Cessation, Inter-Department Games, Dinner & Dance etc
- Analyse post health screening data to implement need-based health promotion programmes. Track pre-post programme results to ensure successful health outcome.
- Engage and motivate staff to take charge of their health and overall well-being.
- Undertake the Secretariat roles for both Workplace Safety & Health Council plus Well-being Committee to support the hospital efforts in the development and implementation of the workplace safety and health framework as well as promote staff wellness in TTSH.
- Support the Department’s digitalization efforts to improve connectivity with staff in accessing well-being initiatives and programs.
- Manage and ensure smooth running of hospital’s sports and social recreational facilities e.g. Gym, Multi-Purpose Hall, Staff Lounge etc
- Collaborate with NHG to plan and promote cluster level social/sport activities/competitions to encourage staff interaction & bonding amongst all NHG institutions e.g. NHG Bonding Activities (NBA).
**Requirements**:
- Degree with minimum 2 years’ experience in Health Management & Promotion (Health Services Management, Sports & Wellness Management etc)
- Matured, energetic and able to work independently with strong interpersonal skills and service-oriented mindset.
- Proficient in MS Office Applications
- Experience in health promotion, sports & events planning/management would be an advantage.
