Location: Bouna Vista

As a HR Manager, you will propose and implement the strategies, priorities and standards for managing HR Benefits and Wellness (B&W) program.

The incumbent will also ensure the adequacy and effectiveness of the cluster employee benefits policies.

Responsibilities:

- Lead the Benefits and Wellness (B&W) strategies to organize and execute quality programs and initiatives in alignment with the HR workplans.
- Establish the award criteria and facilitate the reviews for the various award panels.
- Manage benefits including Long Service Awards.
- Promote employee safety and well-being.
- Participate and support committees in organizing key events such as Annual Dinner and Dance, employee's day, etc.
- Represent cluster to partner with other clusters and union in CA negotiation, discussions and renewal related matters.
- Ensure consistent HR processes and policies that support the business and complies with local regulations and Group requirements.
- Provide supervision to junior team members on operational matters and issues, coaching them to become independent and credible partners.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree preferably in preferably in human resource or business related field.
- Minimum 8 years of relevant HR working experience in large organizations particularly in project coordination works.
- Proven people management experience with excellent interpersonal and communications skills, particularly in written communications.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast changing environment and work under tight timelines.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Excel, MS Powerpoint tools for data analysis, building charts, etc.
- Good numerical sense with analytical skills, meticulous and a strong problem-solver.
