**Main Responsibilities**
- Assist in the generation of Purchase Orders
- Update suppliers master list and part master list
- Generate periodic procurement, inventory and asset / equipment reports
- Assist in supplier / vendor evaluation
- Administer the issuing and receipt of store equipment and instrumentation
- Perform Goods receipt
- Perform store inventory checks
- Monitoring of suppliers’ invoice (AP) and consolidate for billing submissions to accounts
- Assist in preparatory works and documentation for freight forwarding
- Monitor and administer data / telco lines for official usage
- Office adminstrative duties (such as call receiving/fwding, courier services, incoming/outgoing mail)
- Other administrative duties as assigned by Supervisor

**Qualifications**

1. Min Diploma with 3 years of experience in similar capacity (i.e. procurement) preferred

2. Good communication skills, positive attitude and willingness to learn

3. Hands-on, hardworking and able to multi-task

4. Have good documentation practice

5. Ability to work autonomously and independent with little oversight
