**Position Overview**:
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Inventory and Procurement Manager to join our dynamic team at our Veterinary Hospital. This role is integral to ensuring the efficient and effective management of our inventory and procurement processes, contributing to the overall success of our hospital operations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Inventory Management: Oversee the hospital's inventory, ensuring that supplies and materials are accurately tracked, stored, and replenished in a timely manner.
- Procurement: Manage the procurement process, including sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing supplies and equipment essential for hospital operations.
- Vendor Relations: Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure the best pricing, quality, and service.
- Budget Management: Develop and manage the inventory and procurement budget, ensuring cost-effective purchasing strategies.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines related to inventory and procurement for an Vet hospital.
- Reporting: Generate and analyze reports on inventory levels, usage, and procurement activities to provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the veterinary and administrative teams to understand their needs and ensure timely availability of necessary supplies.
- Systems Management: Utilize and maintain the EzyVet hospital management software for inventory tracking and procurement processes.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in inventory and procurement management, preferably in a healthcare or veterinary setting.
- Experience with EzyVet hospital management software is highly preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
