[What the role is]

Senior Executive, Finance (2-year Contract)

[What you will be working on]
- Support student finance operations in billing, receipting and disbursement related processes
- Support month-end account closing in a timely manner
- Liaise and work closely with internal and external parties on financial operations including:

- Accounting of receipts from funding agencies
- System support on finance system and perform user testing
- Auditors on finance related matters
- Monitor outstanding items/issues pending resolutions
- Ensure compliance to policies and procedures for finance operations
- Review existing procedures and recommend updates when appropriate
- Any other ad-hoc projects or tasks as assigned by supervisor

[What we are looking for]
- At least 3 years of experience in supporting accounting services
- Qualifications in Accounting
- Proficient in MS Office Applications
- Good analytical, communication, interpersonal skills
- High adaptability to changes in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to contribute effectively in a team and work independently
- Proactive and able to work effectively under pressure and during peak period
- Demonstrates a sense of urgency and ability to meet deadlines
