Overview:
**Business Contribution**:
Manage, drive and deliver sales, rental, and service growth for Hydratight in Southeast Asia in line with the Hydratight Strategic Sales Plan and Business unit goals, developing immediate sales and future growth and opportunities.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- To grow sales in the South East Asia region by maintaining and building relationships with existing clients and generating additional sales growth through the identification and development of new clients through cold calling, research, and networking.
- Manage the delivery of the sales budget through growing and managing the funnel of opportunities and winning new business.
- Report regularly on opportunities, current quotation status and expected orders through effective and regular CRM system management.
- Provide input to weekly, quarterly, and annual forecasts with accurate commercial information.
- Liaise with colleagues across Enerpac Tool Group to ensure that opportunities for product and market development are identified and actioned.
- Liaise with internal sales support and operations staff on equipment requirements, quotations, orders, or follow up to ensure customer's needs are met.
- Work other duties as assigned.

**Essential capabilities**:

- Track record of being the individual responsible for delivering sales growth ahead of targets in a highly competitive market.
- Proven ability to develop and secure new business from cold calling stage through negotiations, order, delivery, and after sales.
- Demonstrates and fosters a ‘can-do’ spirit, a strong sense of optimism and urgency, ownership and strong commitment to achieving goals and organizational success.
- Demonstrated ability to foster good working relationships with colleagues and clients.
- Proven ability to win new business with premium products in a highly competitive market.
- Proficient English language skills both verbal and written.
- Willing and able to regularly travel across the Southeast Asia region.

**Advantageous capabilities**:

- Understanding of hydraulic bolt tensioning equipment, and or on-site machining equipment.
- Proven efficient customer network across Southeast Asian Oil and Gas markets.
- Experience using Salesforce.

**Required Experience**:

- Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in a sales position.
