The Talent Outreach team plays a crucial role to attract the right talent to DSO through its experiential programmes, early talent sourcing and sponsorships. As competition for talent remains, it is important to identify suitable avenues to talent scout.

Assistant Manager (Talent Outreach)

In this role, you will:

- Plan and organise a series of experiential outreach programmes, information sessions with our divisions and external partner agencies to talent scout and increase the brand awareness of DSO
- Work closely with divisions across the organisation to review and co-create content to be delivered for our experiential outreach programmes
- Build and maintain strong relations with schools and governing bodies to gain access to talent
- Engage with prospective talent and position DSO as an employer of choice
- Identify and propose publications and print collaterals to advertise in to ensure DSO print presence
- Plan and implement initiatives to maintain employer brand

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Business / Human Resources
- Minimum 5 years of experience in young talent outreach, programme management, employer branding and some experience in recruitment
- Knowledge in Personal Data Protection Act, Fair Employment Practices and Employment Act will be advantageous
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Meticulous with strong follow through abilities
- Mature with disposition with a high-level of discretion
- Experience in Power BI will be advantageous
