We are seeking an exceptional and visionary CEO/Managing Director to lead a dynamic organization in the logistics and supply chain industry. About the Role:
As the CEO/Managing Director, you will be responsible for driving the strategic direction, operational excellence, and organizational growth of the company. You will lead efforts to expand and strengthen the business in alignment with its long-term objectives, overseeing all corporate functions such as HR, finance, and marketing. You will also ensure timely and accurate reporting to key stakeholders, including the headquarters and shareholders.

Key Responsibilities:

- Strategic Leadership: Define and execute the strategic vision for the company, driving growth and profitability in the competitive logistics and supply chain sectors.
- Organizational Development: Strengthen the entire organization in line with the company’s expansion and future plans. This includes developing the HR talent pool, driving recruitment efforts, enhancing the finance function, and supporting sales and marketing initiatives to align with business goals.
- Operational Excellence: Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency and continuous improvement in logistics, supply chain management, and transportation operations.
- Digital Transformation & Innovation: Lead the digitalization and automation of key business processes, driving sustainability and supply chain optimization.
- Financial Reporting & Stakeholder Management: Provide accurate and timely financial reports and business updates to the headquarters and shareholders. Ensure all reports are aligned with corporate goals and industry standards.
- Leadership & Culture: Lead a high-performing senior leadership team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and results-driven performance.

Key Requirements:

- 15-20 years of senior executive experience in the logistics, supply chain, or freight forwarding industries.
- Proven track record of leading multi-country operations and driving successful business transformations.
- Expertise in managing corporate functions, including HR, finance, sales, and marketing.
- Strong financial acumen, with a deep understanding of budgeting, financial planning, and P&L management.
- Experience in digital transformation and driving sustainability within logistics and supply chain operations.
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire teams and manage change effectively.
