**A day in the life of an Application Group Executive...**
- Develop and/or introduce new products, processes and packaging within factory(ies), based on R&D owned technology or in close collaboration with R&D, while taking into consideration compliance with Nestle and external standards.
- Support factory and marketing on projects / initiatives related to product, processes and technologies improvement including 60/40+
- Co-ordinate with co-packers on implementation of new products.
- Ensure projects (NPD, raw / packaging, inter market supply) are successfully industrialized following NPDI process and in compliance to Nestle requirement in terms of Quality, regulatory, SHE and environmental sustainability.
- Responsible for all processes and requirements related to Materials and Recipe Management are followed, and comply with corporate standards.
- Drive process and product improvements with generation of OE savings.
- Flawless deployment of new product/technology from R&D to operations, including know-how.
- Performance improvement aligned with the objectives in accordance with guidelines.
- Workplace safety in compliance with the local laws striving for Zero accidents.

**What will make you successful**
- Diploma or Bachelors’ Degree in Science related field (Food Sciences and Technology, Industrial Chemistry, Biochemistry, Chemical Engineering)
- 2-5 years experience in Food Manufacturing/R&D
- Able to take initiative and work in a dynamic team environment
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work to tight timelines
