**Job Summary**:
The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) acts as a strategic partner to business units by aligning HR strategies with business goals. The HRBP supports organizational effectiveness, drives talent initiatives, advises leaders, and enhances workforce engagement to contribute to overall business performance.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Partner with department leaders to understand business strategies and align HR initiatives accordingly.
- Provide expert HR guidance in areas such as workforce planning, employee relations, performance management, organizational development, and change management.
- Lead and support the implementation of HR policies, procedures, and systems.
- Analyze HR metrics (turnover, engagement, headcount trends) and provide actionable insights to improve organizational health.
- Support talent acquisition efforts by collaborating with recruitment teams to fulfill hiring needs.
- Facilitate performance review cycles and succession planning processes.
- Act as a coach and advisor to managers on employee development and team effectiveness.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives and support internal communication strategies.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
- Support diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) efforts across the organization.
**Qualifications and Experience**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree or MBA is a plus.
- 5+ years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a HRBP or similar role.
- Solid understanding of HR functions including recruitment, compensation, benefits, employee relations, and organizational development.
- Strong business acumen and ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with HRIS systems (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Workday) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Certification such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or CIPD is an advantage.
