We are adding an analytical Paid Media Manager to our team, 3+ years experience in paid search and either paid social or programmatic display required
You will own the outcome for all aspects of clients' paid media campaigns, including initial planning, implementation, monitoring, optimisation, analysis and reporting.

**Give me a breakdown of what a Paid Media Manager at Brainlabs does**:
- Key Responsibilities:_
- Measured on client satisfaction scores for clients under management
- Lead on 3-6 accounts
- Accountable for the integrated planning, forecasting, implementation, optimisation and reporting for client paid media activity across Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, Yahoo,
Baidu, TikTok, Snapchat and other platforms, in multiple APAC markets
- Take a data enabled approach to derive actionable insight from data to inform iterative optimisation and planning
- Adopt a test & learn approach to setup and carry out testing and conduct actionable analyses to drive awesome results for clients
- Ensure accurate, high quality audience and keyword targeting, and ad copywriting for search and social.
- Ensure adherence to process and standards for QA and Brainlabs' best practice
- Effectively communicate insights and outcomes to client stakeholders
- Work closely with Account Directors and other team members to develop media strategy and take a proactive role in account development and client roadmaps
- Guide and support direct reports to manage their workload and take accountability for client deliverables, ensuring they are to Brainlabs' standards
- Identify and communicate performance issues, and/or relationship concerns, while proactively providing ideas and solutions.
- Lead the creation of client deliverables including client presentations and business reviews
- Leadership Responsibilities:_
- Models strong leadership including alignment to company priorities and philosophies, effective stress and emotion self-management, as well as a positive and patient demeanour with the team
- Mentor to team members working on assigned clients providing training and shadowing opportunities and participating in new hire training program
- Participate in wider company initiatives including, but not limited to new business pitches and internal marketing efforts
- Cultivates an atmosphere that embraces diversity and inclusion within the team and agency
- Help shape agency processes, best practices and tech automation

**What particular set of skills would suit this role?**
- Essential Skills_
- Demonstrated proficiency of paid search platforms (Google, Bing, SA360) and paid social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn)
- Proven organisational, project, and time management skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbally, with the ability to provide actionable insights for all levels of an organisation
- Possess keen critical thinking and analytical skills
- Proven skills with Microsoft Office and/or Google Business Apps, especially Excel or Google Sheets
- Demonstrate alignment to our company values
- Essential Experience_
- Minimum of 3-years hands on experience managing PPC and paid social campaigns for a variety of clients with monthly spends between five-thousand and fifty-thousand dollars
- Minimum of 6 months client-facing experience
- Desirable Experience_
- Previous agency experience
- Previous programmatic display experience
