**What the role is**
The Singapore Police Force (SPF) plays a critical role in keeping Singapore safe and secure with our mission to prevent, deter and detect crime.
As an Assistant Service Quality Officer in the Jurong Division Service Quality Branch, you will play an important role in assisting the Head Service Quality (Head SQ) to manage service quality matters, such as handling and responding to public feedback. You will also assist in training staff to deliver better service standards.
You will be placed in the Management Executive Scheme.
**What you will be working on**
You are required to support Head SQ in the following:
- Ensure that all public feedback received by Jurong Division is promptly and professionally handled;
- Implement programmes and conduct training for staff, to improve service standards;
- Collate, track and analyse service-related statistics;
- Conduct internal audits and follow-up on areas identified for improvement.
**What we are looking for**
**REQUIREMENTS**:
- Possess effective interpersonal and communication skills;
- Possess good time management skills;
- Able to work well with different internal and external stakeholders;
- Good command of English;
- Familiar with Microsoft Office (e.g. Excel, Word and PowerPoint).
