**Remuneration Package**:

- Salary: From S$2,500 up to S$ 3,000.00 per month after confirmation (depending on experience) inclusive of variable allowances and incentives

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage inbound & outbound technical/sales enquiries via phone
- Troubleshoot, resolve technical issues and guide customers through resolution procedures pertaining to electrical home appliances with accuracy to meet pre-defined KPIs
- Ensure follow-up actions are taken on outstanding cases in a timely manner
- Provide superior customer experience by addressing customer concerns, demonstrating empathy and resolving problems on the spot by using the right methods/tools

**Requirements**:

- GCE ‘O’ Level/NITEC or Higher NITEC
- At least 1 year contact centre and customer service working experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong customer service background
- Proactive and vibrant individuals who work well under pressure
- Strong analytical and problem solving/troubleshooting skills
- Good credit in O Level Mandarin or equivalent standard, due to the nature of the work having to deal with Mandarin only speaking customers is a must.
- Prior experience in maintenance/knowledge of home appliances is an added advantage
- Singaporeans only

**Additional Information**:

- 5.5 working days ( Mon to Fri 9am to 6pm and Sat 9am to 1pm); 44 hours per week
- Working Location : WFH after completion of 2 weeks to 1 month training depending on new hire progress
- Training will be conducted at the office in Tampines St 92

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $2,500.00 - $3,000.00 per month
