**Responsibilities**:

- Have a keen understanding on various government funding schemes and e2i’s needs, so as to make recommendations to strategically integrate programmes into e2i’s initiatives.
- Identify gaps in existing programmes, internal and external factors, and formulate plans to achieve organisation’s goals e.g. operational effectiveness, processes, stakeholders, resource allocation, etc.
- Act as the point-of contact with grantors, and negotiate on funding parameters and resource requirements.
- Collaborate with the Grant Process and Grant System teams to establish an integrated grant process that is streamlined and leverages on technology.
- Advise teams on grant matters when there are doubts.
- Present findings, projections and recommended actions clearly to different levels.

**Job Requirements**
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
- Excellent analytical, writing and presentation skills
- Adept in business understanding and planning
- Possess an analytical mind and eye for improvements
- Project management, problem-solving and leadership skills
- Meticulous, self-driven, and able to multi-task
- At least 10 years’ experience in grant policy work
