The curriculum executive is responsible for carrying out the administrative functions and curriculum documentation that meets high quality standards and conforms to approved documentation templates. He/she is responsible for developing courseware for classroom delivery by maintaining quality compliance that meets WDA, EduTrust, and University Articulation requirements and support the smooth operations of the National Assessment Centre for Food & Beverage WSQ framework.

**ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**

Develop course materials for classroom deployment.
- Assist the reporting officer with submissions and crafting of policies.
- Conduct the necessary curriculum inspection and/or review based on the EduTrust review timelines.
- Meet regularly with the reporting officer for planning the work.
- Work towards achieving agreed targets with the reporting officer.
- Conduct courseware audits as per audit plan.
- Develop and maintain resources appropriate for curriculum documentation.
- Represent the reporting officer in his absence for the meetings.
- Contribute to the Academy’s self-evaluation process, with respect to curriculum documentation, as required by EduTrust and SSG.
- Work with the reporting officer to monitor curriculum documentation standards and evaluate its progress.
- Maintain and analyse records and track progress of curriculum documentation.

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**
- The following qualifications will be an advantage:

- WSQ Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment (ACTA),
- WSQ Advanced Certificate in Learning and Performance (ACLP) and/or
- WSQ Diploma in Adult and Continuing Education (DACE),
- WSQ Diploma in Design and Development of Learning will be an added advantage.
- Good Academic standings in the course of degree studies.
- Minimum of 6 months of working experience in the F&B/Hospitality/Hotel industry.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Excellent command of written English.
- Good planning and organisation skills.
- Work independently with minimum supervision.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Be able to handle multiple projects at the same time.
