**Role is required to handle Mandarin speaking client hence proficiency in Mandarin is a must.**

**Responsibilities**
- Responsible for the facility’s critical infrastructure engineering and design function.
- Responsible for all building A&A works and modifications/upgrading of the critical equipment.
- Act as the department technical expert; provide sound engineering advice to resolve major incidents and follow up on RCA.
- Review maintenance and project plans, rules and procedures, safety plans and reports.
- Audit of maintenance work for improvement and productivity.
- Collaborate with the contractors for the defect and modification work especially those that involve infra changes.
- Collaborate with Ops team to review Work Instructions, SOP, MOP and EOP periodically.
- Develop solutions to difficult technical problems, which may require ingenuity and creativity.
- Lead the company’s audit certification programmes including SS564, SS507, ISO 27001, ISO 22301, ISO 50001, Green Mark.
- Any other duties, tasks and/or project assignments as instructed by line manager.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or Degree in Electrical / Mechanical or equivalent, with at least 5 - 7 years’ experience in data centre or critical facilities environments eg pharmaceutical, semiconductors or O&G industries.
- Relevant professional certification is an added advantage.
- Strong data centre technical /engineering knowledge; able to read and understand SLD with ease.
- Expertise in Critical MEP system - UPS system, power distribution, Chillers/Cooling towers operations, BMS/DCIM, power monitoring system, LV/HT switch gears, diesel generators, fire detection & protection system
