**Role and Responsibilities**:

- Leading the project from initiation to post-migration stability.
- Managing project scope, budget, and planning while ensuring compliance with project management standards.
- Leading and coordinating Functional and Development teams, including cross-functional teams.
- Organizing meetings with various stakeholders and contributors, ensuring effective communication.
- Identifying and managing project risks, dependencies, and escalations in a timely manner.
- Ensuring thorough documentation of project deliverables in alignment with WMIS standards.
- Serving as the main point of contact for sponsors and user representatives throughout the project.
- Defining project budget and planning stages, consolidating business requirements, and leading migration and testing strategies.
- Coordinating with PMO and centralizing project information from contributing teams.
- Identifying and reporting on project risks and issues while coordinating with various teams involved in the project.

**Requirements**:

- At least 15 years of experience in the Banking Industry, as a Functional or Technical Project Manager.
- Managing large-scale core banking projects with technical and functional challenges.
- Delivering projects using Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum or SAFe).
- Core Banking systems knowledge and experience, including transaction capture, settlement, and accounting booking.
- Strong knowledge of financial products and their underlying components, such as Securities, Payments, Money Markets, Foreign Exchange, Credit, Derivatives and Structured Products, Commodities, Mutual Funds, and corporate actions processing.
- Knowledge of payment and transaction settlement systems (SWIFT, SEPA, local domestic systems in Europe and Asia).
- Must have excellent communication skills in English, both oral and written.
- Strong proficiency with project management tools, issue and release management, production, and support (JIRA, Service Now, PPM tools, etc).
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Visio.
