We are seeking an experienced **Project Manager with strong expertise in T24 (Temenos)** to lead end-to-end project delivery across Core Banking initiatives. The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, execution, governance, stakeholder management, and ensuring successful implementation of T24-related projects within agreed scope, timelines, and budget.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage T24 Core Banking projects (implementation, upgrade, integration, and customization).
- Define project scope, objectives, governance structure, and resource plan in alignment with business goals.
- Drive project planning, risk management, issue resolution, and change management.
- Coordinate with business users, Temenos consultants, system integrators, and technology partners.
- Ensure adherence to SDLC / Agile methodologies, quality standards, and regulatory/compliance requirements.
- Manage project budgets, track costs, and report financials against forecasts.
- Prepare and present status reports, dashboards, and executive updates for senior stakeholders.
- Lead UAT planning, cutover, go-live activities, and post-implementation support.
- Ensure knowledge transfer, documentation, and smooth handover to BAU support teams.

**Requirements**:
**10+ years of IT / Banking experience** with at least **5+ years in project management**.

Proven track record in **T24 (Temenos) Core Banking implementations or upgrades**.

Strong knowledge of T24 modules such as **Retail, Corporate, Payments, Treasury, Trade Finance, Lending, or Wealth**.

Expertise in project management methodologies (Agile / Waterfall / Hybrid).

Excellent stakeholder management, vendor coordination, and leadership skills.

Familiarity with banking operations, regulatory requirements, and digital transformation initiatives.

Strong communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills.

PMP / PRINCE2 / Agile certifications preferred.

Experience working in regional or global banking environments will be an advantage.
