**Admin Exp Supporting Marketing Department**:

- **6 Months Contract**
Job Scope:
- Provide administrative support to the Marketing team
- Coordinating the invoicing process
- Responsible for billing with specific brands
- Assist in monthly reconciliation of the Team’s spend with Finance Team
- Update data in CRM system
- Meeting room arrangement, booking of restaurants and liaison with vendors / partners on off site meeting, etc
- Trade Marketing Support including window booking online, liaison with boutiques for window changes notifications and in charge of Gift With Purchase (GWP) and supplies
- Provide operational support in events / photoshoots, courier management, coordination of gifting exercises, etc
**Requirements**:
- Possess minimum 1 year Admin experience supporting a Marketing Department
- Good communications and interpersonal skills
- Able to commit for 6 months
- Able to commence work immediately or with short notice
- Reason for leaving each past & current employment
- Salary drawn for each past & current employment
