**Campaign Planning and Strategy**
- Support the development and implementation of comprehensive marketing campaign strategies to meet client's business objectives
- Interpret campaign metrics and develop data-driven approaches to achieve campaign objectives
- Support the team in developing budget recommendations, campaign goals and strategies
- Conduct competitive analyses or other business research to develop relevant insights to inform marketing strategy
- Proactively monitor, track and report on campaign metrics and performanceFamiliar with the workings, language and lexicon of various disciplines helming our business i.e. creative, content, digital strategy, martech and branding

**Campaign Execution**
- Support the management of campaign timeline, budgets and resources
- Support the creation and production of marketing assets across various channels (e.g., mailers, social media content, paid campaigns)
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely and effective campaign delivery
- Monitor campaign performance and make necessary adjustments
- Prepare comprehensive campaign reports and insights for clients
- Use data to optimize campaigns and improve results
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies

**Client Service Team Communication**
- Build strong relationships and maintain open communication with the client services teams
- Provide regular updates and lead discussions on campaign progress and performance
- Address client concerns and requests in a timely and professional manner

**Team**
- Collaborate with a cross-disciplinary team of designers, content writers, and account managers
- Take responsibility of given tasks to completion, self-educating if necessary
- Support the campaign team in driving initiatives and positive change within the company
- Effective in managing and mentoring junior team members
