The Campaign Executive will be working as part of an agile team to deliver digital marketing campaigns across Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Together you will help elevate and grow digital marketing expertise, improve customer experience and champion digital marketing innovation across various industries.

Working closely with the client Marketing and Digital teams, you must be an effective communicator who can liaise with our clients as well as collaborate with internal teams and partners to create outstanding work. Skillful delivery of high-quality work on time and within budget is a must. Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities are qualities we value highly.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate on campaign briefs, scoping of work, timelines, expectations, key outcomes and learnings.
- Work with creative, data and Salesforce development teams to feed campaign requirements and test the content.
- Adhere to quality control measures and ensure approvals are obtained on all appropriate activities.
- Export campaign performance reports of engagement rates, benchmarking and other such performance indicators to demonstrate impact.
- Keep up to date with industry trends and share with clients.

**About You**:

- Up to 2 years relevant work experience in digital marketing, CRM & Loyalty and/or technology space.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
- Highly motivated self-starter with the curiosity to learn new things and the ability to work well and collaborate in team environments.
- Adaptable, resourceful, possess the ability to set priorities and manage multiple projects under time pressure while maintaining strict attention to detail
- Ability to provide insights and recommendations to optimize campaign performance
- Demonstrated ability to build strong working relationships with internal and external partners
- Knowledge of HTML is a plus
- Experience with Photoshop is a plus
