**Role Overview**:
The Program Manager will be responsible for the overall delivery of the Payments program. This includes overseeing project activities, ensuring timely delivery, coordinating with various stakeholders, and managing resources effectively to meet program goals.

**Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the Payments program from initiation through to delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of program objectives.
- Monitor project timelines and budgets, adjusting as necessary to ensure project success.
- Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide updates, address concerns, and ensure alignment.
- Mitigate risks by identifying potential issues early and developing contingency plans.Ensure the project adheres to the organization's standards and best practices.

**Required Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience in managing large-scale programs, particularly within the payments technology sector.
- Strong project management skills, including proficiency with project management tools.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive collaboration across teams.
- Excellent problem-solving and risk management capabilities.
- Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to lead teams and deliver results under pressure.

**Experience:
- **10 **years relevant experience in program management, preferably in the payment technology domain.
