Build the business into sustainable growth by generating revenues and increase in market share.

**Accountabilities**
- Responsible for the implementation of best practices and best-in-class planning across the agency; including, but not limited to.
- Conduct direct market research and analysis to create business plans on commercial opportunities

**Responsibilities**:

- The identification, recruitment, management and development of people within your team
- Formulate business strategy with senior management and meet KPIs set
- Quality control and improvement of the output of your group in the creation of plans that reflect the insights and the ideas shaped from them
- Implement and execute sales strategies to drive revenues growth through new client
- Follow up on leads and convert opportunities into profitable deals.
- Prepare business proposals, conduct sales presentations and take a part in the pricing negotiation process.
- Perform risk assessment when working with new clients
- Perform competitor analysis and interpret market trends
- Perform business development activities and acquire new customers with recruitment needs
- Experience in B2B a good to have

**Requirement**
- At least 10 years of business development experience
- At least 5 years’ work experience in the recruitment industry
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills
- Impeccable organizational skills and attention to detail
- An instinctive desire to exceed expectations (clients and management) and deliver cutting-edge strategies
- Ability to change priorities rapidly, and effective and thrives under pressure
