**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- This position is for **O **ffice of Human Resources and Faculty Administration (HRFA)
- Faculty Compensation
- Review the existing components of the faculty compensation structure for a more competitive and sustainable framework.
- Work with Office of the Provost to revamp the corresponding clauses in the Faculty Handbook.
- Manage the change management processes including, but not limited to, the communication materials and FAQs.
- Develop templates for any revision in the compensation structure for salary reviews.
- Review of Terms and Condition of the various Faculty Schemes
- Understand and collate information on various existing practices across Schools.
- Gather information on practices of such scheme in other universities to recommend areas which can be improved.
- Develop communication materials and FAQs to ensure consistent practices across Schools.
- Review of Faculty Appraisal Review Framework
- Review the existing practices and processes across Schools to identify gaps and areas for improvement.
- Participate in the taskforce to review an online system for integration of faculty performance in research, teaching and services from various stand-alone systems. Analyse how this integration could be handled within the HRFS project.
- Review the adequacy of the current faculty benchmarking approach to ensure relevance and alignment with best practices.
- Work with the Faculty Administration team, School Administrators and Office of the Provost to review the current workflow and practices to streamline the various faculty processes.
**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Bachelor's degree with a minimum 10 to 12 years track-record with proven hands-on experience.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in a project management role, having experience in change management on Faculty related processes and systems.
- Resourceful and able to seek effective solutions to help manage issues arising from the change programmes.
- Excellent presentation and communication (written and oral) skills; able to engage stakeholders of different levels.
