**IMMEDIATE HIRING - Payroll & Admin Executive
Nature of Business: Provision of Security Manpower Services
- Verify employees' attendance, hours worked, and compute onto designated records.
- Ensure that all pay roll payments are in accordance with local statutory and company policies.
- Review time sheets, wage computation and other information in an event of payroll discrepancies and reconcile them in a timely manner.
- Tabulating employees' benefits (annual leaves, medical leaves etc.) and deductions (if any).
- Work closely with the Admin & Finance Manager to ensure all payments are tracked and filed correctly.
- Prepare and distribute pay slips.
- Maintain employees' registers and entering new employees' data into the company's system database.
- Prepare Letter of Employment for new employees.
- MOM, IRAS & CPF.
- IREP Software
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
- Familiar with Security Industry
**Job Requirements**
- Entry level, preferably diploma holders and above.
- Good command of English
- Knowledge in labour laws and regulations will be an advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Able to work with deadlines
