Full-spectrum payroll processing
- Min 3 years' experience in full-spectrum Payroll and benefits administration.
- Minimum Degree in Business Administration or HRM
ALG is currently recruiting for an **HR Executive (Payroll)** with our world-leading Aerospace client. This is a full-time contract role convertible to a permanent position based in Singapore.
The executive will manage full-spectrum payroll processing and benefits administration by working closely with employees as well as external vendors. In addition, you will also be involved in supporting delivery of overall Organizational development initiatives & interventions.
- Full-spectrum payroll processing, end of month cycle.
- Prepare Overtime (OT) inputs into the payroll system for OT computation.
- Check and collate all HR-related claims for importing into the payroll system.
- Compute all irregular salary payments, such as No-Pay leave, Annual leave encashment, allowances and salaries, etc.
- Process salary-related computations for submission to government agencies, such as CPF.
- Prepare IR21 for resigned foreign workers as and when required and IR8A for tax filing purposes.
- Handle claims from government bodies such as NS MUP claims, maternity clams and childcare leave claims.
- End-to-end leave administration, including employee queries and management of leave system.
- Keen eye for continuous process improvements.
- Management of employee personal files.
- Work closely with benefits vendor with reference to all matters related to employee reimbursement.
- Work closely with the IT department to troubleshoot problems that surface during payroll processing and leave administration.
- Assist in manpower-related reports and audits.
- Assist with rolling-out interventions in association with overall organizational development strategy.
- Comfortable engaging stakeholders, leaders & teams in change strategies to ensure success and sustainability of HR team initiatives and organizational efforts.
- Identify data collection tools, data sources, benchmarks etc.
- Participate actively in contributing to HSE development and improvement.
**Job Requirements**:
- Minimum Degree in Business Administration or HRM.
- Min 3 years' experience in full-spectrum Payroll and benefits administration.
- Meticulous with a keen eye on details.
- Able to work independently with mínimal supervision, self-motivated.
- Able to analyze, present, communicate and exchange information to facilitate development.
- Able to interact with people of different levels.
- Resourceful with a high degree of professional integrity.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office such as Excel, Word, and Power Point.
- Manufacturing background and vendor management experience will be an added advantage.
