**Position**:HR Executive (Payroll)
**Location**:Dempsey (Nearest MRT Napier Station)
**Working Hours**:9 AM - 5:30 PM
Key Responsibilities:
- Support day-to-day HR operations and administration, maintaining P-files, ensuring accurate employment documentation, and handling HR correspondence such as employee letters and onboarding/offboarding processes.
- Assist with onboarding processes, including presentations and updating HR systems.
- Oversee monthly payroll processing, collaborating with the Whyze system for hours and overtime tracking, managing new joiner and leaver details, addressing payroll queries, ensuring accurate documentation and reporting, and securing necessary approvals.
- Manage benefits administration, including leave entitlements, medical claims, incentive payments, and resolving employee inquiries.
- Handle statutory reporting and filing requirements with CPF, IRAS, MOM, NS, and other government-related claims.
- Support HR Lead in coordinating employee engagement initiatives, HR projects (such as analytics reporting, audits, training, talent management), and company events.
Qualifications:
- Demonstrates a passion for fostering positive workplace cultures.
- Experience in F&B or Hospitality industries and prior HR experience are advantageous, though full training will be provided based on experience.
- Possesses teamwork, goal-oriented, and highly motivated qualities with a strong sense of urgency.
- Exhibits excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills in fast-paced environments.
- Preferably familiar with Singapore labor laws and HR best practices following TAFEP guidelines.
- Ideally has one year of experience in HR or administrative functions, or holds a Diploma in HR or a related field. Immediate availability is preferred.
