Asst Manager, Regional Health System

**Evaluation and Analytics**
- Support the research administration advisement, evaluation consultation, survey data and administrative data analysis service requests to support research, evaluation, and analytics needs of programmes within RHS Office (RHSO)
- Provide evaluation consultation to and co-design program evaluation projects with others within RHSO
- Management of licenses for evaluation survey tools
- Develop Community Indicators Index and support the Balanced Scorecard development and reporting to senior management
**NUHS Community Campus Database and Data Protection**
- Work closely with the Informatics Lead, Population Health Manager, and Senior Analysts to maintain the NUHS RHS Database, data procurement workflow, as well as the merging of healthcare data from various NUHS institutions and programmes, Government Agencies, and Ministries
- Facilitate engagements with external partners (e.g. Government Agencies and Ministries) to implement data sharing agreements for data imports into NUHS RHS Database
- Work towards a future automated system that provides useful population health segmentation and metrics information in a dashboard
- Ensure compliance of data storage and management within RHS PO, as well as NUHS Community Campus Database access and data extraction requests
**Other Duties**
- Any other duties assigned by Head of Planning and Development and/or DyCE.
**Qualification Required and Area of Discipline**
- Bachelor degree preferably in Public Health, Life Sciences, data-related or other relevant majors
**Required Competencies and Capabilities (Skills, Experiences and Professional Licences)**
- Understanding of the Singapore healthcare system and knowledge of integrated care models
- Running of data analysis software, e.g. R or STATA
- Designing of research and evaluation studies
