Senior Asst Manager/Asst Manager, Clinical Services Planning & Integration, Regional Health System Join to apply for the Senior Asst Manager/Asst Manager, Clinical Services Planning & Integration, Regional Health System role at National University Health System Job Overview The Job Holder will support the Senior Manager in the Clinical Services Planning & Integration (CSPI) Division to formulate clinical strategies, connect and align key drivers, and develop implementation plans for conditions with significant disease burden. The incumbent will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including specialists and primary/community care leaders, to support NUHS’ population health goals and its role as Regional Health Manager. Key Responsibilities Develop clinical and population health strategies and implementation plans. Coordinate engagement and collaboration opportunities with stakeholders to enhance integration of care across hospitals, primary care, and community services. Provide secretariat and administrative support, including preparing minutes, papers, presentations, and follow-ups. Assist in mapping existing services, identifying care gaps, and gathering data to guide service planning, prioritization, and KPI setting. Manage work planning and grants for Population Health programmes. Support project and grant management, including budgeting, contractual agreements, and claims processing. Compile and submit reports to management or committees. Support audit, review, and evaluation processes to ensure programme sustainability and effectiveness. Perform any other duties as assigned. Job Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare, Life Sciences, Business Administration, or related fields. 3-5 years of relevant experience, preferably in public healthcare. Confidence in engaging with stakeholders at various levels. Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines. Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Experience in proposal, presentation, and report preparation.
