Assistant Clinic Manager/ Clinic Manager

In this role, you will provide project management, operations, and administrative support to SAM. This role reports directly to the Senior Manager.
This role is responsible for assisting Senior Manager and works closely with clinical, nursing, facilities, IT, finance, and other operational stakeholders on the ground to ensure smooth operating activities of all subsidiaries of SAM which are Asia HealthPartners Pte. Ltd. (AHP), Advanced Medicine Imaging Pte. Ltd. (AMI) and Proton Therapy SG Pte. Ltd. (PTPTL).
Key Responsibility
- Liaise with department managers and responsible for daily operating activities of wellness, imaging and radiotherapy clinics
- Ensure excellent standard of healthcare services, aligning with MOH policies and internal standard operating procedures
- Navigate local regulatory requirements, changes, and issues
- Manage and allocate manpower resources to meet clinics’ requirement
- Oversee and appraise staff performance
- Encourage staff development and effective teamwork
- Collate performance report monthly for all clinics
- Support in delivering high impact, cross-functional projects that could include expansion planning, launch of new business units, process improvement, budgeting, internal communications, etc.
- Provide full administrative support and maintain accurate records
- Lead quality improvement projects and initiatives
- Implement service quality policies and procedures
- Uphold requirements of governing documents such as standard operating procedures and work instructions
- All duties as assigned by reporting officers
