**Responsibilities**:

- Develop, maintain, and continually improve course materials, training guides, and resources, including digital content, to meet evolving industry standards and support effective learning outcomes.
- Manage administrative tasks related to student engagement, including taking attendance, grading assessments, and providing timely feedback to foster a structured and supportive learning environment.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (ACCA/CPA qualification preferred).
- **ACLP or ACTA certification is required.**:

- At least 1 year of experience in delivering accounting-related training to diverse learner groups.
- Strong understanding of instructional design, adult learning principles, and training evaluation techniques.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex accounting concepts for various audiences.
- Proficiency in using training software and tools, such as LMS, E-learning platforms, and multimedia tools.

**Job Type**: Freelance

Pay: $50.00 - $80.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Night shift
- Weekend availability

License/Certification:
