**Responsibilities**
- Oversee design and production of all online and offline marketing material
- Managing the company's internal processes, and workflows, and executing projects
- Support best practices, optimizations, and new approaches for design work
- Conceptualize and execute the creative design strategy behind ad campaigns
- Design and produce a wide array of media in response to clients' briefs, objectives, or goals
- Develop on-brand designs and interfaces, for online and offline collaterals
- Collaborate effectively with Account Management Team to develop creative content work
- Manage multiple projects from concept through to completion, working with peers, managers, and both in-house resources and third-party vendor
- Develop our company brand to increase brand presence
- Maintain accurate timesheets with detailed work done

**Qualifications**
- Diploma/Degree holder in Graphic Design, Communications, Advertising, and Media Art or related studies
- 4+ years' of creative design experience
- Good understanding of social media platforms
- Experience using design software such as InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator
- Experience with UI/UX and web development is a plus
- Good understanding of branding, especially visual attributes
- Strong typography skills

**Salary**: $4,500.00 - $5,000.00 per month
