**Team Information**:
The Partnerships Development team is part of the Corporate & Industry Partnerships department. Our team focuses on engaging with Champions of Good organisations to contribute to the Company of Good ecosystem to drive the adoption of Corporate Purpose. This is achieved via strategic partnership projects, events such as Learning Journeys, C-suite engagements, thought leadership engagement and media features, as well as supporting industry-level conversations. Through these initiatives, the team hopes to strengthen the corporate purpose ecosystem and increase the number of companies engaged in collaborations.

**Projects**:
**Learning Journeys**

The learning journeys will show participants first-hand (at the premises of respective companies) how different companies embed purpose into their business models and how purpose serves as a core part of their long-term strategy and decision-making. Hosted by our Champions of Good, each learning journey will be centred around 1 of the 5 impact areas and will provide insights into the necessary steps required to successfully implement Corporate Purpose into their business practices.

**CEO Breakfast Sessions**

The CEO Breakfast Sessions is a monthly roundtable that gathers senior business leaders and industry stakeholders in Singapore to discuss how we may work together to advance Corporate Purpose while achieving their key business objectives operating here in Singapore.

**Accounts Management**

The Partnerships Development team manages 60 key Champions of Good company accounts. The team oversees relationship building and communications with the points-of-contact at each company. Any relevant information (e.g. ongoing conversations and engagements, key corporate purpose initiatives across impact areas, leadership transitions etc) will be updated in a “Know-Your-Customer” (KYC) document for each company.

**Curated Partnerships**

The Partnerships Development team facilitates and supports curated partnerships/projects with Champions of Good companies that will bring greater value to the ecosystem and drive corporate purpose adoption.

**Opportunities**:

- Gain knowledge about corporate purpose and its relevance to business sustainability.
- Gain exposure to corporates and be exposed to high-level discussions amongst business leaders.
- Contribute to driving Corporate Purpose adoption amongst businesses in Singapore through various engagements.
- Participate in cross-team collaborations within NVPC.

**Deliverables**:
**Learning Journeys**
- Work with host to design and curate the content for each session to achieve objective of demonstrating corporate purpose in action
- Achieve and target attendance for each learning journey session
- Achieve overall positive feedback for each learning journey session

**CEO Breakfast Sessions**
- Achieve target attendance for each CEO breakfast session
- Get C-suite support/buy-in to corporate purpose, and endorsement of specific initiatives (e.g. extending procurement privileges to fellow Companies of Good)

**Accounts Management**
- Maintain up to date records of each Champion account, for purpose of engaging them at relevant opportunities (e.g. media profiling, speaking engagements etc)

**Curated Partnerships**
- Achieve 3 strategic partnership/collaboration that adds value to the Corporate Purpose ecosystem.

**Work Scope**:
The intern will be supporting the Partnerships Team in the following:

- Support the outreach and communications for programs such as learning journeys and CEO breakfasts, including preparing communication materials and managing RSVPs.
- Provide on-site logístical support during the various engagement sessions (e.g. setup, registration)
- Work with team members on content curation and presentations (if any) for the sessions.
- Collate, analyse and summarise feedback of the various engagement sessions to determine if objectives are met.
- Prepare reports/presentations for internal updates to management.
- Support team members in the accounts management process, including conducting relevant research on companies, note-taking at engagement sessions and updating the KYC documents.
- Secretariat duties for weekly team meetings and house-keeping of team’s documents on Sharepoint.
- Any other adhoc duties as assigned by the team.

**Requirements**:

- Able to communicate and write fluently and clearly.
- Able to multi-task and manage tight deadlines.
- Experience in event organisation.
- Able to pay attention to detail.
- Team player; responsible and able to work with mínimal guidance or supervision.

**Internship Period**:
Minimum 6 months and above
