**Duties and Responsbilities**

We are seeking a motivated Data Intern to join our dynamic team. The primary focus of this role will be on data collection, data cleaning, and data crunching to enhance our Salesforce data’s quality and efficiency. If you have a passion for data analysis and a keen eye for detail, we’d like to meet you.

Salesforce Data Management:

- Cleanse and deduplicate Salesforce records to maintain data accuracy and quality.
- Import, and export data in Salesforce as required.
- Assist in identifying and correcting data inconsistencies, redundancies, and discrepancies.

Web Data Collection:

- Conduct comprehensive web searches to gather relevant data from reliable sources.
- Utilize various tools and techniques to scrape websites and gather structured and unstructured data.
- Document sources and methods used to gather data for future reference.

Data Cleaning:

- Review datasets to identify and fix errors, omissions, or inconsistencies.
- Utilize tools and programming languages like Python, R for data wrangling tasks.
- Enhance the quality of raw data by eliminating irrelevant or redundant information.

Collaborate and Communicate:

- Work closely with the team to understand data needs.
- Regularly update and report to the supervisor on the progress and findings.
- Participate in team meetings to share insights and feedback.

**Requirements**:

- At least Diploma in Data Science, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a similar field will be an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of Salesforce CRM will be an advantage.
- Familiarity with data analysis tools such as Excel, Python, R, or SQL will be an advantage.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, and analyse significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Keen interest in working on topics related to CSR, ESG and Sustainable Development
- Interest in Ideation and facilitation
- Possess experience in corporate sustainability and/or strategy (good to have)
