**Team Information**:
SG Cares Mobile App is the existing giving platform for donation, volunteering and fundraising. We currently have over half a million users and charities registered with us as well as more than 200K of volunteers. The Digital Innovation team provides technical and partnership support to our users and beneficiaries.

**Programme**:
The Unified Web Portal (UWP) project is a connected digital ecosystem that provides corporates/organization a platform for embarking in their giving and corporate purpose journey. The objective is to transform the giving space from one that is fragmented with duplication in resources and sub-optimal experience for givers and receivers, to one that is connected, supports collaboration, and enhances the giving and corporate purpose journey.

**Deliverables**:

- Testing artefacts
- User stories
- Feature process flows

**Responsibilities**:
1) Development of the UWP Project
- Involved in the development of the UWP project and UWP functionalities.
- To assess, understand and work with external vendors and internal stakeholders on requirements and perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure issues are rectified on a timely and accurate basis.
- To assess, understand and work with external vendors and internal stakeholders on new enhancements for UWP and ensure that enhancements are implemented on a timely and accurate basis.
- To learn agile methodology and be involved in the sprints for UWP project.

2) Help in the Business as Usual (BAU) of SG Cares App to ensure that app is running smoothly and bug free.

**Requirements**:

- Undergraduate in IT or other related fields
- Some IT experience either in school group projects or in individual capacity will be advantageous.
- Keen interest to understand the giving landscape in Singapore.
- Passionate to want to make a difference and contribute to the giving ecosystem.
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with others to complete a task or project.

**Learning Opportunities**:

- To learn agile methodology and software development cycle.
- Learn how to develop proposal, design framework and provide digital solutioning.
- Learn how to do UAT and finding of system bugs, logging it and provide solutions if needed
