Bidding Executive
- As a

In this role you will:

- Create materials and responses to requests received for proposals, quotes and information- Review proposals received by the wider team, proofreading and editing to ensure a high standard of quality-
- Ensure all content created aligns with our brand and is comprehensive, competitive and meets the client-specific requirements-
- Expertly craft new proposed content such as custom cover letters, executive summaries and capability statements-
- Create, proofread, edit and format resumes and stock marketing materials-
- Support the wider team in the preparation of prequalification packages and statement of qualifications-
- Partner with the marketing team to assist with the production and completion of Marketing deliverables- Ensure commonly used proposal content is well organised with the database and accessible

- Have a Bachelor’s degree or comparable experience in marketing, communications or similar discipline- Have worked in a multi-faceted marketing or proposal role with similar responsibilities-
- Are an excellent communicator verbally and in writing-
- Love a dynamic environment with the opportunity to manage your own priorities and deadlines-
- Have excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite-
- Have a highly collaborative nature and enjoy working within a global team- Are detail oriented and quality focused
